1. Operator and scope

TikStream is operated by USAMA HANTUMANI, a sole trader trading as TikStream. Contact: support@tikstream.live. TikStream provides Windows desktop software and supporting online services for stream overlays, alerts, goals, chat tools and broadcast customization.

This site provides product information during private development. It does not open access to the application or create a purchase. Paid subscription terms apply when purchasing becomes available and a checkout is completed.

2. Your account and permissions

Provide accurate account information and keep sign-in codes, display links and account access secure. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You control which integrations and chat rules are enabled. A TikTok login session used by Desktop stays locally encrypted on your device and is not uploaded to TikStream’s server.

3. Acceptable use and your content

Use TikStream lawfully and respect the terms of the platforms you connect, other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not use it for fraud, harassment, unauthorized account access, artificial engagement or attacks on systems. Use only media and music you have the right to use or broadcast. Your content remains yours; you authorize the processing and display needed to operate the features you select.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

Paid plans are $9.99 USD per month, $25.99 USD every three months or $95.99 USD per year. See the pricing page for features and billing intervals. The checkout will disclose the final total, applicable taxes, payment provider and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Viewing this site or a plan does not start a subscription.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel renewal at any time through the available subscription management link or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally keeps access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our refund policy, including a 7-day refund offer on the first subscription purchase and preservation of any greater statutory or payment-provider rights.

6. Donations and third-party services

TikStream’s approved Streamlabs integration can display alerts for donations received by your Streamlabs account. TikStream does not collect viewer donations or take a donation commission. Streamlabs and payment-provider terms and fees may apply separately. A TikStream software subscription does not purchase donations or engagement.

Some features depend on external services, network access and compatible hardware. Their availability can change, and integrations can be affected by third-party changes or outages. We do not guarantee audience growth, earnings or uninterrupted availability.

7. Support, suspension and changes

Contact support for technical, account and subscription questions. We may restrict use that threatens security or violates these terms, with an explanation where appropriate. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Updates to these terms will show a new revision date; material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated as required. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
