Refund policy

First subscription purchase

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid TikStream subscription purchase. Email support@tikstream.live from your account email and include your order or receipt reference. You do not need to send full payment-card details.

Cancellation and renewal

You can cancel renewal at any time using the subscription management link provided with your purchase or by contacting TikStream support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund is issued, your paid access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. Cancelling renewal does not by itself refund a past payment.

Renewal charges and payment problems

The 7-day first-purchase offer does not create an automatic refund for every renewal. Contact us promptly about an accidental renewal, duplicate charge or a service problem so the payment provider and TikStream can review it. Any refund rights required by law or provided by the payment provider still apply.

Greater legal and payment-provider rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal or refund rights. Where your purchase is processed by Paddle, Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and refund policy also apply. If applicable law or the payment provider offers you a longer period or greater protection than this 7-day offer, that greater protection takes precedence.

Processing and access

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider and payment method where supported. The time to appear depends on the provider and your bank. Access associated with a refunded subscription may end when the refund is processed.

Viewer donations

This policy covers TikStream software subscriptions. Donations made through a creator’s Streamlabs donation link are separate transactions, governed by the relevant donation and payment service. TikStream does not receive or refund those donations.
