Privacy policy

What information TikStream uses, why it uses it, and the choices you have.

Updated 15 October 2026

1. Who is responsible

TikStream operates this review website and TikStream software. The legal operator is identified in our Terms of service. Privacy requests can be sent to support@tikstream.live.

2. This product information website

This site has no account sign-in, payment form or marketing analytics. Our hosting and security providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may use essential security technology when needed. Clicking a social or external link opens a third-party service with its own privacy practices.

3. Information used by the application

When you use TikStream, we process the account information you provide, authentication details, saved settings, designs and uploaded files. Connected streams may provide viewer names, profile pictures, comments, gifts, interactions and statistics needed for the tools you select. Streamlabs integration processes account authorization and donation-event details, such as supporter display names, amounts and messages, to display your alerts.

4. Login and local Desktop sessions

Google sign-in uses basic account identity, email and profile information. It does not request Gmail messages, contacts or Google Drive files. Email sign-in uses your address to send a verification code.

TikTok sign-in for Chat Bot takes place through the platform’s real login interface in Desktop. That authenticated session is kept encrypted on your computer and is not sent to TikStream’s hosting server or a third-party signing service. Signing out clears the local session and stops bot activity. Local text-to-speech synthesis and music playback run on your device.

5. Purposes and service providers

We use information to authenticate users, save preferences, deliver selected stream tools, synchronize queues and controls, provide support and protect against abuse. Our infrastructure uses authentication, email, hosting and security providers including Supabase, Resend, Hetzner and Cloudflare. Services you choose to connect receive the information necessary for their integration. Payment information will be handled by the payment provider shown at checkout when billing is available.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or training general-purpose models. Its use is limited to disclosed application functions and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

6. Display links, storage and security

Overlays and information you broadcast are visible to your audience. Keep private display links and login codes secure. Application session cookies and local preferences support sign-in and service functions. We use HTTPS, access controls and local session encryption; no service can eliminate every security risk.

7. Retention and your rights

We retain account details and settings needed to provide the service and operational records needed for support, security or legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting support. We may verify ownership before acting. Records required for legal or security purposes may be retained, and backup copies remain until their retention cycle completes. You can also revoke connected-service access in that provider’s account settings.

Providers may process data outside your country. Available privacy rights depend on applicable law. This policy will be updated when our practices change. Do not send identity documents, passwords or verification codes to support unless a specific secure verification process requires them.
